UI Minimize Mechanics

Change the selected window minimize so that accidentally double-clicking anywhere but on the buttons doesn't automatically minimize that window. Do the same for other windows. For two reasons:
  • There's no reason anyone would want to minimize that particular window, or most other UI windows, except perhaps in extremely rare circumstances. Players who want to remove the entire UI interface have CTRL+F9.
  • All other windows are minimized only by double-clicking the top bar. Consistency is a good thing.
