One CEO I know pulled out a nice tactic of "Hurricane-Only" gang. The fun fact about it is that all of the canes are the same armor meta/t2 fitted with dps differences 250-400 depending on the skills. BUT the enemy never knows which one is the T2 fitted veteran and which one is a rookie! Which adds the survivability since if you'd be flying rupture everyone would kill you first just to decrease the incoming dps.
