Curious.

That's a lot of towers, especially given how poorly they sell (Gallente are the only tower BPOs I didn't bother to purchase).

Which also makes me wonder why somebody would build so many (takes about 17h each IIRC), and if not building them, then why not purchase a more popular tower for collateral?

Or is there a hot Gallente tower market I'm overlooking?

I have been successfully rep grinded into believing Salarc intends to honour the debt. We'll see.
Isk loaned, collateral received, 30 days to go.

They cost 270m to produce but sell at 205m, I had a lot of isk sitting around when goons spiked the tope.
Which made people dump loads of them. Apparently to big of a load...

So now they sit there as my loan collateral until some far future date when supply fixes that

In game events have lead me to ending the loan early.

14b repaid + 700m interest

Salarc has again been an exceptional investment. Collateral was appropriately undervalued and he paid interest promptly and in full, despite ending the loan early. I'd like it noted for my own rep grinding purposes that the value of the collateral increased to substantially beyond the interest I was receiving for the loan and that I held onto it and faithfully returned it.

Should add that a week or so ago, Salrac took out a small loan with me, also well collateralized and repaid on time.

Yes, but at the same time the liquidity was garbage.
