No, that is a lie. All Goons toe the party line, therefore all Goons are inherently evil and should be banned from eve, then hunted down like the dogs they are.

This isn't a black and white issue so stop trying to force it to be one.

Many goon believe CCP threw Mittani under a bus. Many goons support CCP. These are not necessarily mutually exclusive groups. Many goons have mixed feelings about Sony.

I personally think what CCP did to Mittens was a little too extreme. Removing him from the CSM for making an ass of himself at a player gathering is fine, especially after Mittani owned up to his mistake and was open to being kicked off the CSM. Banning his character for a month for an idiotic thing said outside of the game was dumb. I still think CCP has done some incredible things with the game in the past year and I really hope they continue to focus on spaceships in space.

I don't own a PS3 so will not be playing DUST. As long as Sony isn't planning on buying out CCP or forcing their way on to CCP's board, I'm completely indifferent to them.

See, not black and white. Human beings are capable of being complex special snowflakes. Show a little flexibility.


That's why the ban was temporal. Flexible Ban. While it was about something done out of game, it was DIRECTLY game related and in the context of ccp fanfest.


Sony can't buy out CCP or force their way into their board. They just paid CCP to make Dust PS3 exclusive, if anything it's SONY that is begging for an exclusive title for their system.
