Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Hi guys

Recently came back to the game, decided since its been so long to start a new toon, on the first day I was not able to send isk or contracts to my new character from the old one, i got around it by sending a mail to my old toon and then giving money that way but contracts are impossible

Its been 3 days now and this character Neava Kael (oddly the one I can post with) still cannot be found using the search in-game.

I asked in-game help channel and it seemed a known issue by a couple of people but haven't seen it posted here, my in-game petition has been open for 2 days not with no reply too, its causing slight issues now with contracts as I cant have them made to me I have to go for direct trades so people seem to think im trying to scam :(

Any help you can give would be excellent.

In return I offer the following "fix" for character textures going funky (rainbow coloured) in the captains quarters!! (seen it on here a few times) kill the physics setting does help but doesn't make the texture stay good for ever, so far setting texture quality to medium other than high (character setting) seems to have maintained a good texture look for a whole day now!
