Cov ops 5 + missile skills for bomber + probe skills

T2 medium guns, T2 armor tank with comps to 4

Very close train to legion: shield management 3 + subs

Was originally made into wh living + guardian duties, thinking of switching him out but would like to know what the value would be. Also might throw in a month or two worth of training to raise value, any specific ideas?
