Nemesis Balancing, in light of new model?

So the Nemesis, like the other stealth bombers, are getting fantastic new models to accomodate the new massive torpedo launchers. http://imgur.com/a/LuiEZ#vuH4H for a preview.



But I think the general consensus is that Nemesis is really a subpar stealth bomber compared to the other 3, as it lacks CPU and has many fitting issues. A shame really, especially when one sees the new model for it. I so much want to fly it, but the problems it has when it comes to fitting just can't be overlooked.


Shouldn't the Nemesis get some balancing attention for Inferno?

gallente as a whole needs some more attention and not minor hybrid buff

Considering tiericide is going to happen in the near future affecting all the tech 1 hulls the t2 stuff is based off, I expect a very large amount of ships to be tweaked/changed purely because it would be very odd if some t2 ships ended up with lower number of slots/pg/cpu et all in comparison due to the tech 1 buffing.

Yes, all the bombers could use some more CPU, and this is especially true of the Nemesis. A lot their base stats should also be adjusted upwards as well, The Nemesis has for instance less base shields, armor, cap, and speed than it's T1 counterpart, it has nearly twice as long align time.

That is even worse than I thought.


Is it confirmed that CCP will go over T1/T2 frigate hulls first?

what strikes the oddest about the nemesis is that besides a bit more cargo space and thermal damage bonus, it has quite the bad agility, compared to the other 3.

in addition, it has the exact same grid as the manticore, but lower cpu, while having the exact same number of slots.





this can only mean that CCP took the tristan nickname "Fatman" too serious.

so where did you hear that the bomber will get a make over?

these looks damn nice and will be training bomber 5 but i still miss the cruise launchers on these little demons
