Power of 2 for a friend

Can I create a new account for a friend using the Power of 2 promotion?

You know, like, "Here you go, friend. Here's a 180 day trial, give EVE a real go!"

My fear is that the new second account is automatically owned by me and so giving it to a friend violates the TOS. If the new account isn't owned by me by default then I can create it on his behalf and fly with him for a half-year before he has to pay. Sweet!

I dont think that it violates the Eula. Its rather .....

Possibility 1: Buddy invite programm ..... meaning basically 2 month of free subscription

Possibility 3: 60 day trial codes ...... dont work any more since the trial codes have all expired
