Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Hey all,

I've had this peculiar issue for a while now and that is that I can't seem to join EvE voice at all, I don't get any error messages or anything like that. Every time I press "join audio" nothing happens, I can just press it again and again without anything happening. Before anyone asks, yes I have voice enabled in options, however even in my options I don't seem to be able to use the voice test either, I can press the button, but again nothing happens (Have tried with 2 different headsets as well as just speakers). I even tried reinstalling EvE, but even that yielded no results.

When looking into this problem a while ago I ran into a thread where someone with a similar problem mentioned that he uses a thomson modem and moreover has the same provider as me (KPN in the Netherlands). Therefore I was wondering whether this might have something to do with this issue and, if so, if someone knows a way to solve this problem besides it requiring me to buy a new modem.
