Mac client - back from gone berzerk? Yes or No?

Dear eve community,

i just talked to my alliance members (those with mac sytems) when i noticed they are back to eve now.
They were almost one whole week unable to play eve because of the brocken launcher issue.
Well.. problem is, there is still no response at all and no compensation so far my members said.
Further more i still find threads in this mac-folder of the forum, telling this problem still exists (at least for some players).

Im now leading this thread because my members are not capable to diskuss this in english conversation
(we are not native english).

Very question now is:
IS ccp willing to resolve the mac issue OR NOT?
And why is there no response so far AT ALL?

Several petitions are out, response so far is quite tiny.
Cant find any apology nor anyone speaking of compensation.

Everything I have done has failed, including downloading the full client.

We need the manual patches back, immediately!

remembering when i discovered Eve with their first mac version Trinity.

many joys, and many bugs.
low skilled char = joy >> bugs
Then Low sec made me think : joy > bugs
then Level 4 expensive ships : joy ≥ bugs
and finally Null sec changed that. joy << Bugs

guys who fly expensive ships and living in dangerous areas, if you still play on mac you have my full respect.

good luck with that, i wish i will gladly come back on macos to play eve one day. (and "Maybe" a windowed maximized option ^^)

don't forget for every bugs, it's ping-pong between CCP and Transgaming.
