With the increase in shiptoasting, the Report timer needs to be shortened.

It depends on what you're doing. You have +yield percentage implants for miners, there are copy reduction implants for copy characters, implants that speed up construction time, ice mining implants to reduce cycle time. I don't think you can plug them all in at once.

With more detail to your question, you'll get better answers other than "find the slot and look for the one that gives the highest bonus".

I was thinking like speed implants for haulers?
and like you said Cycle and yield implants for mining

'highwall' Mining MX-1005 for the +5%

'yeti' Ice Harvesting IH-1005 and it's 5% decrease in cycle time

There's one for gas mining...

and the agility implant is called 'Rogue' evasive maneuvering EM-705

I don't really make use of hardwirings myself, as I'm more likely to be podded and lose them (yes, even though I'm an industrialist), but I had a 2% refining hardwiring for a long time, until I decided to finally train Scrap Metal Processing.

The salvaging implant is also handy for an alt in a noctis.

Don't plug-in what you can't afford to lose and replace!
