Its a relic of 2003. today it makes no difference aside from roll-play stuff. So just pick one that's the best fit.

They're all pretty much (if not completely) the same. It's purely flavor-text for all intents and purposes. Choose whichever one sounds the coolest to you and lets you make the character you like the looks of the most.

As the others have said, the bloodline is only for flavor, RP, and looks.

The education influences which school you "belong" to. You start in a newbie station with that school's station in it (Republic University and Republic Military School new players start in different places), and you get a minor standing boost toward that school to help give you a start with missioning.

Still, all of this becomes insignificant within a few days of starting, so just pick whichever sounds/looks coolest.

That said, Brutor is definitely coolest. They might have given aviators to everyone now (*grumblegrumble*) but we are still the best.

School affects your starting location and what NPC corporation you start in.

Bloodline affects your default NPC corporation, i.e. which corporation you will allways go back to when leaving player corporation (this is different from your starting NPC corporation.)

If you are starting with friend, you might both want to select exact same race, school, bloodline so that you have same NPC corporations and start in same location - but otherwise I'd just select what feels best for RP reasons.

And even when starting with friend you can allways join same player corporation, and travel to same location - so even then you could just ignore what small effect these have ingame.
