Hello,

I just activated my main account last night and got some plexs for a nice starter char. I'm having some payment issues I think, not for sure so I sent in a petition. Am I supposed to get an email giving me a password to view the petition?

Its been close to a day and haven't an auto email saying they received my petition. This petition was made from the create new petition form, I didn't log in because I'm assuming the payment issue was the reason for an auto ban.............I hope.

Petitions are best created ingame if possible - and there you can also see all your petitions.

I don't remember if I've ever used that html form out of game, but for all ingame created petitions I have received email with link like http://support.eve-online.com/Pages/Petitions/PetitionDetails.aspx?LONG-PETITION-ID where to view it.

Email don't include any password since you will just use your game account name & password to view that page.

Your petition is submitted as soon as it says "thank you for your ... blah"

You will be notified in-game and by email when you have a reply.

Sadly the petition might take a while due to a massive backlog, which I assume is being caused by the latest drama.
