Just the other day I was thinking about a few interesting corporation features.

1. CORPORATE REOCCURRING TRANSACTIONS. The ability to arrange daily / weekly / monthly reoccurring transactions with own members, random players, individual corporations or alliances.

This feature would in essence be a corporation issued contract where the player would agree to a certain amount for the period stated in the contract in exchange for a certain service or good maybe even isk. There would also be an option in the contract where the corporation issuing the contract would agree to a compensation sum to the player in case the conditions of the contract are unfulfilled. Similarly the other way around, the player would agree to pay the amount which would be taken automatically out of his account for the set period.

I believe this would allow players a bit more leeway in terms of how they can administer there corporation and even maybe create different types of business. This would offer a possibility to create viable player schemes without the former almost certain scam risk. On the other hand, the scam risk would still be there but then at least certain business scheme entrepreneurs would have a chance of creating something sustainable only adding to the saying ''Eve is real''. The contract would in principle solidify something which before was just words. Yes people could still get scammed but equally people could not get scammed and be very pleased.

CCP could also use this to create numerous sinks. For example the corporation would pay a higher than normal tax on each contract. Alternatively corporations could be able to advertise there services in exchange for isk thus creating an additional sink.
*The ability to set a tribute scheme for defeated players or alliances.

2. CORPORATE POWER DIVISION What I think would be beneficial is the ability to create multiple authorization options. For example each CEO being able to appoint directors without the fear that everything would suddenly disappear. This would be done by an option whereby the CEO would set an amount say 100 million isk. If any director wishes to withdraw that 100 million isk or more, he would need authorization from either only the CEO or from all other directors or maybe only from another director. The options as to how many directors are needed to issue the authorization should be set by the CEO.

For example the CEO could set 2 directors as needed. Upon the withdrawal of the sum over 100 million the CEO would receive a corporate email where he would be informed of who authorized the transaction and for what amount. In addition to this there should be a maximum ceiling withdrawal limit. In essence this would be an amount that the CEO would set as unavoidably needing his authorization.

For example 100million could require 2 directors whilst 500 million could be the ceiling where even with approval of the 2 directors the CEO would still need to authorize. Now if you analyse this feature in conjunction with the first one I mentioned, you will realize that withdrawing money would become rare as probably more than 90% of corporate transactions could be automated via the first feature.

In regards to the scamming part, it has the potential to close many loopholes which is good for the honest trader, but of course eve is also about those exciting things we shouldn't do so scamming could be done more elegantly like directors in the corporation having a separate company they run in secret and funnelling contracts to that company through the corporation without withdrawing huge amounts.

Thank you for your time and I look forward to hearing your well thought opinions on this.
