Of course he's responsible for his actions. He even owned up to his actions "like a man" (yay for sexist terms). He even has no problem with living with the consequences of his actions and has encouraged (relatively) civil behavior from Goons and his constituents.

The thing about it is that he wasn't really discussing what actually happened... he was discussing what was being reported. Sadly, it seems that the gaming media was in such a rush to lampoon the entire community of Eve Online that they played buzzword bingo and completely, totally, and utterly misrepresented the facts.

I also find it interesting in the articles that certain people seem to have an axe to grind with CCP, with stating things along the lines that CCP are responsible as they vetted the slides AND the discussions, implying that CCP were actively vetting the Q&A session as well when that actually wasn't the case as the Q&A session's questions were a free-for-all outside of CCP control.

Not sure where you get the idea that I would be a goon? Is it because that my opinion on the matter is that it is enough now, when people have been making new threads since Mittens made probably his biggest blunder to date even when the mod team has told people to stop?

From what I'm reading, most of his posts on Twitter are about certain media outlets adding imaginary stuff to this month's Eve hit story.

I'd be pissed if I got flak for something that I didn't do - namely, giving out somebody's real name during Fanfest.
