CCP is between a rock and a hard place

My feeling atm is, that CCP's joint venture with Sony is going to impact the game in a huge way. This became apparent after the recent Mittani scandal. I'm not saying what happened was right, but I feel CCP's response was a bit over the top as well. The metagaming experience that drove EVE up to its heights is threatened. The more Sony influence we have, our beloved EVE will become so sterilized that most of us that are here for that open ended experience will not feel EVE is the place for us anymore. I hope CCP wakes up or is aware of this, and will take the steps necessary to maintain our universe. I don't want to waste anymore time and energy if EVE is going to become another sell out.
