Goons staying in game revolve around them being vindicated by CCP for providing good content. If We don't help CCP make them look like heroes, they might leave. They are not heroes. I hope CCP lets them jump into Jita and then de-reinforce the node. Save Us CCP from the Goonies.

How is it that the filth still hasn't realized that our reason for staying in the game is to make them miserable. We achieve a great deal of enjoyment out of your pain and suffering. CCP is not necessary for this, the sand box of Eve that already exists is sufficient. The sandbox exists to give you something to do. And you exist to give us someone to victimize.

You asked me once, what was in Room 101. I told you that you knew the answer already. Everyone knows it. The thing that is in Room 101 is the worst thing in the world.

Actually, as revealed at Fanfest, Goonswarm/CFC space is among the least used space for industrial mining/manufacturing, even compared to far less populated areas. The idea of the most densely populated areas in 0.0 having the least active industry isn't that surprising - considering the limitations of nullsec industry and the advanced logistical organization of the CFC to simply buy all finished goods as needed from highsec in exchange for passively-acquired technetium income. In short, nullsec industry is so inferior and neglected that 'material independence from highsec' is a sign of inefficiency rather then the other way around.

I'm genuinely curious to see how they go about this jita torching, because if any alliance did have the capacity to fully cut themselves off from highsec, it'd be them. Or drone space.

Bingo. There's no point in my going through the pain in the ass of building anything in Deklein when any of our privately owned Jump Freighter services can have whatever I want shipped in from Jita in less than 24 hours for a fraction of a percent above JIta cost.

There will already be a increase in Inflations & speculation due to April 24th being the day that everyone expects the drones will no longer be pooping alloy and become a bounty ISK faucet. Shutting down Jita or the anticipation of another Hi SEC interdiction on the heels of the Gallente Interdiction is a speculators wet dream.

According to Dr E at fanfest Jita already is a huge PvP arena...http://www.evenews24.com/2012/03/28/video-state-of-the-economy-fanfest-2012/ and without Jita Amarr would be the most populous Empire with the overcrowding happening. Would Amarr be the next hub or would Dodixie? HEK IMHO blows & Rens maybe a third place? If GOONs or anyone else could sustain a seige of a HUB such as Jita where is your next pick to set up shop traders?

Jita has alot of killing, actual pvp combat not really so high.. it's there but not that major. mostly ganks and war decc insta pops. If jita was to really die, i'd work rens and amarr.. I rarely go to jita these days as it is, unless buying a plex or selling something real shiny

i should have an alt there to have some fun myself.

attacking high sec is like attacking canada, sure you can do it and it would be easy to invade with little resistance, but there is just so much landmass to hold at a massive cost to you.

i dont think it will last longer then a month, people will just start baiting goons to blow themselves up on ships worth next to nothing, wait for them to get bored of it and then start moving stuff in cheap replaceable ships. trade hubs will move to noob systems and become decentralize, and eve will continue. never underestimate a carebear ability to maximize his profits and still stay in the space he wants to be in.

I think that the Goons should burn down jita for as long as they can. without insurance on the ships it costs them and it would make mineral prices increase and make mining more profitable.
