Um IRL is it no up to the vict if charges are pressed or not... ONLY if it is a small crime and the cops don't really do much... so in game (if you wanted to compared to RL) why the hell should it be any different?

CCP could just remove the CSM you would never get any more votes AND you could not cry about waiting it back... I like that plan... as the CSM does nothing.

The victim responded. He hasn't formally accepted Mittani's apology.

Furthermore, Mittani resigned on his own accord. CCP didn't remove him from the CSM.


he resigned as chair, ccp banned him for 30days, which forfits his right to be there at all, that's what my problem is
also there have been many quotes from the dude about not caring, untill people started harassing him over this, that's the F**ked up part, people only started harassing him AFTER the big mouth forum warriors started to kick up s**t, well done to them for achieving nothing and being hollow in there butthurt when mittens became chair again
