Seems like this is not a bug, but just not seeing all the results when in development

Our corporation uses channel MOTD very much. The corporation is listed as Operator for the channel (not single pilots, but as a whole). Lately, people find themselves unable to edit the MOTD very often. The reson is as usual - they are on the Allowed list. The problem is old

___________
Problem 1
Allowed list with individual pilot included has higher priority then his Corporation listed as Operator. As a result, person listed as Allowed, being, at the same time, member of Operator corporation has only allowed access. At the same time you cannot list a person both as Operator and Allowed

Thus people, who are invited into the channel, receive only "allowed" access even though they are in Operator corporation and are to be manually deleted from Allowed list

Possible solutions
1. Make Operator access for corporation to have higher priority, then Allowed access for the corporation member. Not the best option, since you may sometimes need to prevent a certain pilot in the corp from using Operator's access without kicking him from corp ))
2. Check if invited pilot (or his corporation) is listed in any list. If it is listed - don't add the pilot to any lists
___________

I wouldn't have worried about this (really an old problem), but with drag-n-drop implemented there are very many cases of people found in the Allowed list with no reason. I've found out, that even accidental mouse-press on someone in a channel is considered to be an invitation to the channel the person is already in. Thus adding him to Allowed list as written above

Possible solution - disable drag-n-drop when moving only within the channel pilots list.
