T2 BPC Run question

I just invented myself a nano plating II BPC from a max (300) run T1 BPC, in an advanced lab at a pos. From the formula on the eve wiki, I see it should have made a 10 run BPC. But it came out as a 3 run BPC. What's going on here?

Thanks for any help.

Just out of curiosity, what are the stats of the invented BPC? Anything other than -4ME/PE ?
Guess I'm asking if you used a decryptor or not

Also, has this been a repeated occurrence?

I did not use a decryptor, so the stats are -4. And yes this has now been a repeated occurrence :/

Here is a picture of the bpc and resulting t2 bpc

I just did a few jobs in station, which takes twice as long, but it yielded 10 run BPCs. So for some reason the lab is doing it :/ I didn't read anything about that in its description? :/

EDIT: Okay, now sometimes the lab delivers 3 and sometimes 10 :/

I invent out of a POS every day and have never seen this.

My guess is that you somehow got some 100 run BPCs mixed in with the 300 run BPCs. Check the blueprints tab on in the S&I Window and verify the number of runs on all your BPCs.

Pretty sure this isn't the case. I always entered 300 into the runs box. I checked the bpcs I currently have and they are all 300, so I will see how the next batch goes.

If you are POSITIVE that identical jobs are having different results, file a Petition.

If it is something obvious you are doing wrong they will politely point it out.

We really can't help you in a practical way here.
