why is my US account now forced to use Nexon ?

Just logged in & tried to provide payment. My account is forcing me to use Nexon as well. I live in the midwest of the United States... So much for extending my game time... Petition submitted, no response... Thanks CCP. Why did you make my account Nexon-payment only??

All fixed!

And yes; it is true, my account somehow was designated as being a Japanese country based account thus the only choice for payment for plex, game time etc was Nexon (Yen) 3rd party payment options! Sad

That was helpful, I hope you at least poked a GM to see if this was being looked at. Nexon accounts are more expensive and would be a freaking hassle for a US player.

so its true that you can only buy plex and gametime through nexon now if your Japanse. The allready paying eve onliners must love that! Including the american personel in japan or are those bases on "american soil"?

I hope I dont run into this problem. There was an ol issue of me beingin japan once and its still sometimes haunt me to this day.
