Data Corruption during Patch Download, Install Problems (AGAIN)

This is the second time in 7 days that I ended up with this problem. The patch downloaded to between 15-20% and then reports a Data Corrupted error and I cannot proceed any more.

I followed the Wiki's instructions but to no avail. I can't get the download to work at all even after removing the common.ini file.

According to the wiki, my only other option left is to download the full installer (AGAIN). I had to resolve the problem by doing a full download last week and that took THREE DAYS!!

I don't know why its taking so much longer compared to the past but at this rate, I lose half a week each time just resolving these issues instead of being in game.

Worse, I don't know why I should be downloading nearly 6GB just to do such a tiny patch. IF the patching mechanism is not working well, at least allow us to have a way to directly download and apply the patch manually until this mechanism is fixed. In all the last 5 years, I've never had it that bad before.

I don't know which is worse right now: 1. the fact that there's been total silence in the lack of response to this or 2. that this now the 3rd day and I'm still downloading the Full Installer and at best, I'm at the 70% mark.
