'Destination' rather than 'Stargate(destination)'

Just wanted to say to thanks to CCP for reacting so quickly on this one by resolving this rather unintuitive interface issue.

I moaned a fair bit about this perhaps a month or two ago, so I think its only fair I give CCP some credit now for getting this 'fixed'.

If this quick change is also the result of the new Eve Launcher then perhaps it may have its uses after all! Cheers. Blink

Not really, looks like a bunch of plonkers moaning about change in Eve for the wrong reasons for the most part (For example their own particular playstyle gets nerfed, or some loophole mechanic gets closed). That thread has a few dumb people expressing complaints which I'll address:

1. Sort by name doesn't now group stargates..... - Outrageous that you now have to sort by type instead!]
2. I liked naming my ships "Stargate (destination)" to confuse people on d-scanner.... -Your elite confusion tactic still works if you rename your ship "destination".
3. Sort by name in scanner won't work.... - See 1. OMG.... the horror of sorting by type (which actually has always been much better in terms of a clearer results anyway).

On the whole this change is very intuitive and CCP have improved the game for 99.9% of non-morons. Cheers.
