Your thread on the other hand just indicates you're a self-important idiot that has an inability to enter into ongoing discussions in other threads.

Au contraire, mon ami. This thread is saying it's not UP to Mittani to resign. This thread is saying it's CCP's decision, not his nor the playerbase's. How did you miss such a subtle point as that? All the OTHER threads are calling for Mittani to resign. Ms. Repose is saying (not to belabor the point) he made HIS decision when he decided to act like himself in public.

Then...I wouldn't expect Mittani supporters to be able to follow sentences very well. Grunting seems more up that alley.

I'm not in the habit of responding to people with reading comprehension problems. In this case, I'll make an exception. Read it all.

I'm pretty sure Mittani has been to Iceland on more than one occasion and, incidentally, payed his bar tab on each visit.

Hilarious. Did he suggest to the bartender to jump off the roof while he was there?

No, but I'm glad you appreciate my humor!

Most of the other threads have had plenty of calls for banning and other crap. Our point is the same as it's always been; that it's between the Mittani, CCP, and The Wis. I see the distinction you're trying to make, I just know it's irrelevant to anyone who isn't a dumbass. You're a spergy, easily excited idiot no matter how many threads you spam and how smart you try to sound.

We violate the EULA or TOS, these are enforced against us by the powers that be.
He violated his solemn word. He goes.

As a gentleman he could resign and save CCP the embarrassment of having to dismiss him. However, it's clear CCP has no choice in the matter. Mitt made the choices for all concerned when he decided to do what he did.

CCP. Enforce your rules.

The TOS is all they need to use to ban mittens.

If Mittani gets actually banned from Eve, I propose everybody petitions ccp every time someone violates teh TOS, with offensive hate mail, threats, innapropriate posting, everything. Ive certainly got some juicy hate mail from hisec carebears who got mad. Lets get everyone banned.

Face it, you arnt even outraged at what happened, you are taking advantage of an opportunity to attack GSF out of game.

0din is a much more hands on kind of guy, and while he wont actually descend on a fiery chariot full of Valkyries personally, he will send us in his stead, sort of how Obama sends his marines I suppose.

His platform for the election (that he won like he was Patrick Swayze in a fight in Roadhouse) was that he is a bastard.
Considering he made a bastard move, I don't think anyone should really have been surprised.

They are also expected to adhere to the EULA/TOS and carry themselves in a manner that sets an example for other players to follow. In addition, they must be willing and able to travel to Iceland once during their term for a direct meeting with the CCP Council. Should a Representative be unable to attend this meeting, an Alternate will attend in his or her place. Transportation to and from Iceland, plus lodging, lunch, and dinner will be provided by CCP. Candidates are responsible for all other expenses incurred during the trip. Elected Representatives and Alternates are required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before commencing their term.

If a candidate is unable to fulfill these requirements, the candidate with the next highest vote tally will be given their position. This process will continue until there are a total of nine Representatives and five Alternates."

Like it or not, there are large numbers of players who would laugh at a crying miner who threatens to commit suicide. You could easily argue that mittens was setting a great example to them, and thus was not in breach of the agreement. How can you demand that he is dismissed on such a subjective matter? CCP are looking into the matter, and it is their decision on this subjective matter that counts. Not some random forum alt.
