Trying to in ANY WAY tarnish CCPs relationship with her partners over this is just blatant stupidity not to mention a gross over reaction. Take action against Alex if you feel like your head is planted far enough up your own ass to Merritt such action but intentionally trying to cause harm to CCP or EvE is taking it too far.

Tons of bad press already. Most gaming sites have the story already. I am surprised i have not seen it on main stream media in the US yet to be honest. The PC cursade in the US has been killing this country for years and they have almost completed their goal, the complete destruction of the United States of America as we know it today.

I do not like the goons from other games, I am new to EVE, so do not know much about them here expect the fact that it seems nothing changes from game to game with the goons.

The only reason this story as as big as it is: player-created drama, MASSIVE drama. The news here really is not "Internet Spaceship Council Member Douche" but "EVE Online Players Like Shitstorms, Good At Causing Them". Actually, that's not news.

IMO, at this point the playerbase's reaction is starting to look like borderline ******** Goon-hate-fueled drama mongering. It's time to stop posting, seriously. All the stuff worth hearing has already been said, the issue is being addressed, it will be dealt with (whether you like the outcome or not). Go empty out your poopsocks, take a shower, open a window to avoid gassing yourself with your own farts. Just do something that's not badposting about the same old **** that's been said already, and probably better than you can say it.

Dunno, you'd have to ask him. I don't think he even got home from Iceland until today.

^^ This ^^. CCP has a lot invested in Dust and tbh, it really does represent a potentially huge paradigm shift in gaming.

There's enough backlash that Mittni will most likely lose the chair or even his seat on the CSM. However, this "scandal" won't cause the Goons to magically disappear or suddenly become weak and vulnerable. Even if Mittani is banned, it most likely won't be a perma-ban, so you'll see him again for CSM 8.

Pon Farr Memorial: once every 7 years, all the carebears in high-sec must PvP or they will be temp-banned.

As much as I disagreed with what occurred, once I'd stated my position on this I left it there for the situation to be dealt with. This is simply petty and vindictive, lashing out because you have an axe to grind and undermines any legitimate concerns that may have been put forward.

Alex could have been a lot more diplomatic in his approach on the matter that's caused this uproar, this is just childish and self serving.

WoW holds your hand until end game, and gives you a cookie whether you win or lose. EVE not only takes your cookie, but laughs at you for bringing one in the first place...
