So today i wanted to play EVE. So I go to launch the game. Broken. Go to the repair system uninstalled my Anti-Virus and played around with that. Broken. Then i uninstalled game to try and re-install...... BROKEN. SO am at a lost here where i can't log into the game cuz a new system has broken the game for what it seems to me Windows 7 64bit SP1. So what an i do to try and fix this?/ Cuz am left with 2 options 1 ask for a refund or 2 see if CCP can fix something they broke. Also the reason i know its broken for Windows 7 64-bit is cuz am downloading EVE on my laptop that is Windows Vista 32-Bit.

Also to add i already have the offline installer and it doesnt work either. its in a folder on my desktop. Even tested outside of folder. Get "Archive Extraction failed: 3".

Well i fixed my problem in a way with no solution to fixing this problem. All i did was a data transfer between 2 computers. So now i have a older EVE and is now being updated. But in all this problem still needs to be fixed.

Ok standing in the place of some CCP dudes who seems to be sleeping on the Job.

Use the Jloader to down load the offline download packet. Their server side have some issue
with delivering the right packet to the customer's computer.
