CCP, plz add these two option in the client, your current interval one/Default are failing.
its working fine in foreground but when u put the game in background its freeking eating more fps (and CPU Shocked ) -> multibox fail

You can force vertical sync on from harware driver side cant you...

Works for me atleast Bear
