Can I run EVE on a GigaByte GA-G41MT-S2PT Video: Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X4500 inbuilt graphic card?

You should. But it will be Meh at best. Enough for slow ship spinning, chat, market, etc. :/

Yes you can but bad idea. Performance will be abysmal, the Intel GMA's are barely good enough for watching flash films, let alone playing a game and that includes the newer ones as well.

I mainly just want to check the market/manufacturing work, or maybe a little transporting or afk mining.
The computer also will have 4gigs of RAM and 2,7Ghz Celeron. Is that helps? I don't really care about low graphic settings in EVE.

Make sure the GPU support Shader Model 3, otherwise EVE will not even run.
