If Mittani is not baned from the game it would mean everyone is allowed to call for all eve players to harras someone untill they kill them self, seems simple.

By the way I think you meant "gross negligence" not criminal negligence, since that's more to do with mens rea in criminal cases.

I humbly accept your apology, be it sincere or not, although I do not believe that resignation from the CSM is the proper course of action at this point of time.

However, you may still atone for your sins by choosing one of the next 3 punishments.

a) Agree to be placed in a centipede between D3 and Xenuria.
b) Enforce a Ferox-only fleet setup for your alliance for a period of at least 3 weeks.
