What's the CSM to you?

Unless you're a buddy of theirs, nothing.
They invalidate themselves by existing.
(CCP with yet another great idea.)
Pay no attention to the CSM.
They serve no purpose to the player base.
They serve themselves and CCP's publicity needs.
Who cares if Mitt resigns?
Nobody.
Mitt is nothing
to us.

CSM 6 basically saved the game from imploding so there's that.

You mean CSM 6 allowed CCP to save face and get good PR, when CCPy(wisely) caved to the anger of the EVE populous in general?

Goonwaffles think it's their sworn duty to tag every thread about CSM. Their froogy leader's plan hinges on the weight on the bandwidth. "Make us seem like more than we are." As long as they own the CSM, no other players unaffiliated with that narrow group are represented by the CSM, or should even bother paying attention to it.

Let the CSM fall under the weight of ... themselves. They don't need our help to do that.

CCP - You said something about a group that represents the playerbase. When can we expect to see this?

The CSM has always been a joke, with it's only reward being free trips to Iceland and Fanfest.

Only since The Mittani took the helm in CSM 6 did it ever actually result in any productive lobbying on behalf of the playerbase.

Funny how he claimed the credit for that though seeing he was opposed to the riots to start with. He only swapped sides when it was clear the problem was not going away.
