The bad part is that as a result, future CSM panels might be censored, toned down, or even removed altogether.

The good part is the (remote) possibility of reprisals against mittens.

Sorry, but if you think that anything will come from this "investigation", you're setting yourself for major disappointment. Everything written in CCP's release is nothing more than CYA language (You do know what that means, right?). That's exactly how big business works. CCP's "investigation" will end with a note saying essentially, "Nothing to see here - move along". Another press release with a few meaningless words of apology, and possibly a public rebuke of Mittens. Otherwise though, nada.

That's reality.

It was an alliance panel, and most of the alliances made jokes anyway.

I predict this investigation will end with no wrong doing found and everything will be as it was before it started. Not because Mittani hasn't done anything wrong - he has, and he's a ****, but because CCP have their favourites who will never be punished no matter what they do.

Sounds like a CYA statement.

If they were actually concerned they would have done something about it.

CCP doesn't care about harassment, at least they never have in the past. Its only an issue now because they might get some bad publicity.

Theres a line and he's definately crossed it. Encouraging such behavour isn't acceptable in any situation. He better hope that it doesn't actually lead to a suicide, otherwise all this crazyness is gonna jump to a whole new level.

His lack of posting goes a long way to support his guilt imo. All these goons posting will defend him regardless of what he says or does, he's their space-king-master. But he doesn't have a balls to defend himself.

He's probably busy crafting a statement to try and dismiss all this.
