Having trouble viewing the fleet in hierarchy mode. We are using alliance/ +10 standing fleet adverts and the hierarchy keeps disappearing for most but not all people. Anyone else having this problem?

I've seen it disappearing for a moment when changes happen. Is it disappearing permanently?
