Non-Tengu Options for 10/10 DED sites

I am exploring options for ships to run 8/10-10/10 DED sites with. Rats will be Serpentis. I would prefer something with good agility (BC/CS and below). Sexiness is an added plus as well for this. Would also like recommended fittings. I'm also looking for something that isn't so ostentatious that I get people trying to hot drop me all day. 10 Mil isk goes to the ship + fit that appeals to me the most.

Was actually considering a AC Sleipnir fit. This is somewhere around what I was looking for actually. Would the range be too short to use basically that fit only with 425's?

Unfortunately, my drone skills are relatively bad atm. Can do T2 mediums and that's about it.

Well, i've used the sleip almost exclusively in BR/Sansha space so the range on arty is a lot more useful to me to get rid of towers. I don't know much about serp plexes (I assume they're much much easier) but you could probably do with an AC fit.

Similar to the Sleipner fit, but cheaper (less faction pimpage) with slightly (14) less DPS before drones and a bit more tank (32 DPS more) and 100k more EHP. With more faction gear, it can have an insane tank.

I pretty much figured Command Ships would be the main suggestion. All are looking good and have their own advantages. I'm wondering if anyone has figured out how to do an Astarte for 10/10?

Well, it does have better tank (by about 100 DPS) and gank (by 40-50 DPS, more when you count the Hammerheads vs Hobgoblins, but I'm not worrying about that since you said you have poor drone skills) with EHP in the middle of the other two fits (80k rather than 138k or 36k). The problem is that it's at rock-throwing range.

I've not done any serp 10/10's but I've done quite a few guristas 10/10's such as the Maze and I thought neut towers were a fact of life in all of these complexes. Wouldn't any of the active tank fits in the thread get sucked dry and blown to itty bitty bits because of the neuting? I'd think you'd have to go with a passive nighthawk or ishtar.

I know people who get it done with a loki but they use an insanely expensive fit.
