You can't fire at will, you can fire at painted targets. Would be nice if you could broadcast a planet and they could open up a fire support contract or something.

Will i need to be in a 'fleet' to shoot the painted targets?

Looks like they have implemented a "launch code" system to tie your bombardment to the paint location.

Well, this is becoming extremely disappointing. There has to be a way to **** with dust people...

I hope there is someway eventually, it would be hilariously entertaining. Though so far, I am quite impressed with the looks of it so far, will have to get my ps3 out of the cupboard and dust it off Cool

Maybe can only get coordinates from people who accepted your contract kinda thing? Sounded like there was some sort of password/passcode involved too.

unless friendly fire is disabled of course. then that scenario is a dud =(

Its unfortunate people like you have to come and ruin every game. Eve used to be a place for ruthless pvp. then kiddos like you showed up and whined and moaned about everything. Now its just a year or two away from being World of Evecraft.

There are hundreds of other PvE options out there for you. Theres literally NO PvP options left besides Eve, and you kids are turning that brown too

I'm still holding out for a game master like feature where I can deploy NPC forces to the ground. It would work better if I was motivated to do so by some measure of profit but I'd do it on many cases just based on the Army assembly aspect. Sort of Dust fitting system where I need to build my army to fortify. Strategic PvP through PvE. Maybe its just me but it seems like a good idea in my head.

I listened the Q&A part of the PSNHome broadcast, it was a bit choppy and I didn't hear it all but I could make out this 'Friendly fire is on'.

Of course, it wasn't specifically said if that applies to the eve<->dust link so... FWIW I guess.

The moaning and whining coming from you and your ilk makes any other moaning and whining pretty insignificant

bf3 got kinda old. Especially after i started getting kicked for jihad jeeping and camping 'main' paths the enemy takes to exit their base... Oh and i was booted a few times for using the MAV to get onto a roof.
Once again, whiny kids destroying a decent game
