My understanding is that we reached the point where any sizable noob corp was averaging one or more decs a week. This killed CCPs new player retention numbers. CCP is acting to protect their revenue stream.

Yeah perhaps you should learn real PVP instead of relying on neut alts to rep you and you know actually fight.
Oh no but its soo unfair you actually are at risk for once.

You can still dec noob corps and kill people in highsec but now there is actually risk involved.
But you just want to grief others without the chance of anyone being able to do anything about because you abuse mechanics.

Well its about time there is gonna be risk for griefers aswell.
Oh and if you wanna fight it out come to 0.0 and I will show you what its like to actually PVP.

Nonsense, you clearly lack of some balls and go there where stuff happens. Null/low sec.

The majority of players who sub to Eve are running around in Empire. So CCP should indeed cater to how Empire people feel.

Eve is not "just" a PVP game, therefore CCP have to cater for people who want to build ships etc without being wardecced or harassed.

People only cry in these topics when something doesn't go their way. If you low sec bunnies want to PVP then instead of whoring your 1 system like you do :) Come join us all down in 0.0 where those nasty gate guns won't fire on you. There's too many people in low sec thinking they're tough and hard who are scared $hitless of coming down to 0.0.

Empire should indeed be safe for empire people, aside from ganks which clearly cannot be stopped.

The empire side of Eve needs to be like real life, commit a crime and you will get caught and punished.

The ONLY reason low sec people moan and cry and bi*ch and whine is not enough empire people going into low for them to get simple kills from unprepared pilots.
