i'm 2 years in 0.0...
i have been to 300 or 400 blue fleet once. left to bed 2 or 3 hours before enemies shown on field.
150-200 x 150-200 fleets? It was like 3-4 times for last 4 months (war for droneland).
Only have 5-15 x 5-15 now.....

Maybe i need to find "right 0.0 space"?

I apologise tehn, I spent years in lowsec and I know its a hard life, the hardest in eve tbh. What do you mean you cant fight people for their moons? I dont know anything about that.

He means decshield. It's impossible to destroy a high-sec POS if the owners know what they're doing.

Sure, the wardec panel hasn't been presented, but its been implied the existing wardec system is apparently unfair to the defender. Expect there to be easy opt out mechanics of some sort to shelter people who don't want to fight. It

I guess a wardec system is better than none at all, but I wouldn't really count on the new wardec mechanic to be as worthwhile as the existing wardec mechanics if they ban hammered all alliance/corp hoppers and dec shields and what not.

Inability to shed wars at the expense of severe time limits for them. More severe stacking penalties for wars, fee restructuring. Oversimplified victory conditions (if they manage to devote time to that). Oh well, just wait until Sunday I guess.

I don't understand the moaning?

The majority of players who sub to Eve are running around in Empire. So CCP should indeed cater to how Empire people feel.

Eve is not "just" a PVP game, therefore CCP have to cater for people who want to build ships etc without being wardecced or harassed.

People only cry in these topics when something doesn't go their way. If you low sec bunnies want to PVP then instead of whoring your 1 system like you do :) Come join us all down in 0.0 where those nasty gate guns won't fire on you. There's too many people in low sec thinking they're tough and hard who are scared $hitless of coming down to 0.0.

Empire should indeed be safe for empire people, aside from ganks which clearly cannot be stopped.

The empire side of Eve needs to be like real life, commit a crime and you will get caught and punished.

The ONLY reason low sec people moan and cry and bi*ch and whine is not enough empire people going into low for them to get simple kills from unprepared pilots.

Pirate tears are the VERY best tears.

And how long people like you (instant gratification , WoW players etc ) will stay subscribed when all the content provided on the silver platter ends , and people notice everyone flying the best ships possible and nothign means anything any longer ??

People have many ways to make great isk in this game. If it affords them the best ships then that's great. The ship was hard earned and deserved.

The big alliances have been doing this for many years to get all the titans available to themselves. many hundreds if not trillions of liquid isk is very easy to these people.

You think that came from aliiances grinding? mining? running sites?

More like Bots and RMT

When CCP eventually put a stop to that, you'll see a massive difference in this game because all those titans will have to be paid for properly and tens and tens of billions per titan and trillion upwards for 10 titans [nothing to say PL] youll pretty much agree that titans numbers will fall massively.

I think that far far outweighs what empire runners earn and buy.

Basically, highsec warfare CAN be done right. It's not just for the risk-averse noob bashers; those guys are cowards who give the rest of us bad names. Fighting wars in highsec is FUN if your opponent is competent (or thinks he's competent). What kills it is people who rely on neutral RR, dec scraping, and other BS mechanics to avoid risk.

Highsec without wars makes for a much duller Eve.
