SSP killed for the fourth time while in negotiation with DSTON and NUVOS. I was on a rescue patrol flight and in negotiation conversation with Boma Airaken and Edaine Numenor when JiaLei Lian of the Seekers attacked, destroyed my ship and pod killed me. Boma was listing his demands at the time of the attack. Below is a transcript of the conversation for any who may wish to comment.

Edaine Numenor > Ston my man
Boma Airaken > Evening gentelmen
Edaine Numenor > O boy
Boma Airaken > To what do I owe the sudden honor?
Ston Momaki > I am always open to dialogue. It is one of the acceptable tools to resolve conflict.
Edaine Numenor > Hm
Edaine Numenor > Say what you have to say Boma
Boma Airaken > Well here is my offer. And please, in the interest of the peace you so value, do not overreact with each point. This is a discussion.
Boma Airaken > We have four demands that will result in both cessation of conflict and long term amnesty.
Boma Airaken > Please allow me to lay them out before you make any rebuttal.
Ston Momaki > Proceed
Boma Airaken > 1) DSTON and NUVOS will immediately hand over any and all material assets classified as "livestock". These will be repatriated, after spiritual counsel, to Gradient. Those that are fit for repatriation, of course.
Boma Airaken > 2) DSTON and NUVOS will immediately disband as corporations, and recorporate as a single entity.
Boma Airaken > 3) This new corporation will move to the Placid region and refocus their humanitarian efforts in support of the Intaki people.
Boma Airaken > 4) Said corporation will limit their press releases and IGS activities to three active threads at a time for six months.
Boma Airaken > That is what is on the table.
Ston Momaki > Anything else?
Boma Airaken > Other than your input, no.
Boma Airaken > And tell Kentt, he just made a huge mistake.
Edaine Numenor > I have a great deal I would enjoy saying right now, but I will defer to Ston. I sure that he will do a better job with lessoffense than I would do at the moment.
Edaine Numenor > what did Kentt do?
Boma Airaken > You can either bargain, or say yes, or say no. I am not worried about insults or offense. It bothers me not at all.
Boma Airaken > Kentt brought a battleship on the field. Ineffectively of course, but it means now we escalate.
Boma Airaken > Seeing as how by your own admission he is your primary source of income, that means you have a bigger problem.
Boma Airaken > The ball is very much in your court as it were, fellows. I would recommend you consider your options very carefully.
Boma Airaken > How is Inari, Edaine?
Boma Airaken > As you will see, we are utterly relentless and we do NOT stop.
Boma Airaken > So please, think on the offer, haggle a bit maybe, and let me know.
Edaine Numenor > I love it here. Are you coming to visit? perhaps a social call
Boma Airaken > No.
Edaine Numenor > So why mention it?
Boma Airaken > Interceptor wings will handle patrols and camping.
Boma Airaken > The big guns will remain on Kentt and Theobar for now.
Edaine Numenor > Camping? whose bringing the marshmellows?
Boma Airaken > I am just letting you know that we have all bases covered, we are extremely mobile, and that it is a really good idea to perhaps consider my demands, because if you notice, some of them are swords that cut both ways.
Boma Airaken > I will be awaiting your response.
Ston Momaki > /emote wakes up in a clone vat after being attacked for the fourth time. "That wasn't in good faith Bama."
Edaine Numenor > Do you attack while in active negotiations?
Ston Momaki > Apparently he does

I will ponder the demands that have been set before DSTON. Edaine has deferred to me and Manwe has said that it is my turn to lead in this matter. I will, of course, report on our decision right here on the IGS.

The Disciples of Ston bid you peace

I don't recall anyone declaring an armistice or ceasefire of any sort as part of my offer. I didn't even give an inflection of one when I made this, my second offer.

And for the record, I exited the conversation on my last comment, was not aware of the attack, and to the best of my knowledge this conversation record is accurate and unmodified.

Why would you send them to our operational location?! That's just cruel and unusual, Boma.

While we will, as ever, obviously take into our centers any former slave wishing to enter, I need to stress that Gradient
- was not consulted before (or after) Airaken made this offer
- does not consider Airaken's war on a newcomer charity organization justified, but rather believes his motivations are chest-beating and gain of reputation (ironically, the same vices he blames on STON)
- does not believe Airaken fit to give "spiritual counsel" or judge the "fitness to repatriate" of anyone.
