"Entering Game " black screen forever

I am having this problem with logging on my hauler alt but not my main ,there
both on the same account ,,,when i try to log on the alt it just says "Entering game" as
"Omari Omano" and i have gave it plenty of time but even after a hour still says it !!
This is frustrating i need to haul stuff and this is getting in my way please help or
fix it ccp Straight I have reset cache reset settings and a system reboot ,,and nothing has worked.
