Crime & Punishment

1) Bannable offences lists do not stop people from doing things. It just lets you know what happens if you get caught. How long does it take to make a disposable thrasher alt on a trial account?
2) I imagine that it will go something like this:

Random new player undocks in a rookie system. There, right in front of him, is a can with the label "FREE STUFF!!". Rookie thinks to him/herself, "Score, free loot!". The rookie then clicks the handy loot all button and gets a pop up warning about the coming festivities and he pauses for about 10 seconds, scared by the sternly worded dire message. Since he is new, he more than likely has no clue how to see who owns the can and thus does not realize that it belongs to the thrasher sitting 10km away. He puts his mouse pointer on the "Do it anyways, even though you are strongly suggesting I don't" button. In the end, greed gets the better of him and, besides, the can did say free. What would someone gain by tricking a one day old player anyways? So he takes the loot. At that point, yellow box, red box, explosions, alarms start blaring and then, POD. Like I said before, stupidity, greed and "It won't happen to me" will be a wining trifecta every time.
