The guy who ran the TEST portion of the panel was ejected from the $100 charity dinner.

There is a video of them handing beers to people as they get off the plane.

Guys!

Hey Guys!

Did you know Eve Online is a game?

No serious. Its a game... people apparently play it to have fun and they joke and laugh and humorous things happen.

Eve uni was good, Gentleman's whatever guy was a gentleman, The wormhole dude was Awesome, anthems guy would be better with video... and then had to shut the feed off. So much swearing. Test alliance ceo completely wasted. Disgraceful. I wouldn't let him back.

What. Eve Uni's was badly presented and boring. Gents' was far too long. The wormholers were pretty good. MBIII isn't our CEO, not that alliances can have CEOs. Also, people getting offended at swearing offends me.

It's fanfest. Everyone, including many CCP employees, are falling down drunk.

If you can't drink yourself into a babbling drunken mess at a fan event for an internet spaceship game I don't know in what situation you can.

I've not yet seen any of the events that are causing so much "care" in our community so I won't pass judgement just yet. Bolton getting kicked out of a charity dinner just sounds a bit pathetic and embarrassing tbh, although I admit I do find the mental image of the scene fairly funny.

Things like this make me wonder if the community has gone a bit wrong in the last year or two, we used to be proud of alliance heists, setting high profile players up for falls from grace, even disbanding alliances from within. The focus seems to have shifted to who can dunk the most brewski's and headbutt the most lockers without a football helmet.

Maybe some events from this fanfest are best forgotten. Maybe I'm just getting old.
