Let me just say the whole alliance has issues, with free and HD versions. So that is well all of Europe and NA.

I was connected to the free one and then was kicked and now can't even get back to that...I paid for the HD stream and can't use that either.

HD Stream was working fine, started lagging right when DUST Keynote began and is now completely gone. Unable to connect.

We should have made some improvements here - so please try and click through on Account Management and start the HD stream if you have reverted to the free one.
