Two updates:

Arrow Titan pack order received

Customer ordered a 'custom' titan pack, with all remaining BPCs he needed. We do such bespoke packs sometimes, although 90% of the customers order a complete pack. For us it does not matter much, very happy to tailor a pack.

Arrow Customer returns titan pack

Also taken back a titan pack from a customer whose 0.0 situation became unstable (deal = I take it back at 90% of the price the customer paid, the remainder 10% the customer gets back from me when he re-orders later, so he loses nothing if things stabilize again). Have done this some 4-5 times in the past 2 years, it reduces the barrier for customers to order packs, as they know they can return them (assuming they ask politely ;-)

Arrow titan pack order received which I will set on contract tomorrow
