The geddon can clear rooms a great deal faster than the apoc. Look at dat drone bay... pushing DPS into the 4 digit ownage. Also have a utility high.
The apoc is cake to fit and use. The capacitor is awesome. The range bonus coupled with Scorch is too sexy to let go, really. Also greater scan res than standard issues. Useful to lock on frigs quickly.

I prefer the Apoc myself, by a lightyear. Greater buffer, fitting and scan res than geddon. etc. It does not break any ISK/hr records but it's a mission boat you can count on. It never let me down.
