Issues, Workarounds & Localization

so after this latest patch my launcher cant update (again)
so i used these patches

now my launcher says client is ready so i click on Play, and eve starts then says that i need to update, thats odd i have, so i click ok, it then installs the launcher, and the launcher starts up and says the client is ready so i click play, and eve starts up and says i need to update, and it installs the launcher again.

now to sure what to do now.

i have switch over to use the data plan on my cell phone for internet since the internet i use to have is no longer being supported (guess the tech is old, only had it for 4 years) ive been useing my cell phone over 6 weeks and i have been able to update before this launcher without a problem. CCP is the only thing im having problems with now.

to get past the update last week i download the full game client from my aunts computer as she lives in the city. (cuz i cant even download the install files from ccp with my mobile internet.)

does anyone have any ideas?
