I used Ati radeon HD4830 until yesterday and then i changed it to HD 6750 but problem persist.
This tells me that the graphic card is not the issue here.

I have exactly the same graphical bug. Tried everything, but nothing works.

NVIDIA GeFORCE GT 240 here.

Bump.

Same problem as all above here - issue largely began after the Inferno upgrade for me. I won't bother you with repetitive screenshots of 1/2 screen freezes, white-light blobs, chat-wallet-LOD windows that flash and disappear, symbols that change completely in the LOD, etc. Renders the EVE client completely unplayable beyond updating training and market orders.

New windows 7 - 64 bit Toshiba laptop purchased in January 2012. No other programs running in the background, all drivers and system updates are current, DirectX diagnostic concluded no problems, cache cleared, EVE client reinstalled (fixed the problem for a morning)... petition pending with no resolution in sight.

Extremely frustrating as I hate paying for a game I am unable to play.

CCP, please push out a fix for this bug pronto.
