First time posting so please bear with me.
i have spent a lot of time playing this game, i just now put it on a new computer its running windows 7, it installed with no problem but now when ever i try and play the eve online screen just pops up for a few and goes away but the game does not start up. i restarted steam but it said i need to shut down eve before i could so i went in to the command thing and forced closed the ccp.exe i have been trying to play this game all night and I am at my wits end please someone help.

Dude, I don't know if I would ever run Eve through Steam...download it from eveonline.com and install it that way. I just don't trust steam that much. You'd prolly be a whole lot better off with less overhead on the memory usage too.

ok i am trying it now, i uninstalled it from steam but when i tried the eve site it said there was an error and i have to download the installer package files, working on that now hope it works
