Fleet invitation trouble.

An issue happened after disconnect that was a half an hour ago. On one of my accounts pilot doesn't recieve fleet invitations and if he creates fleet - noone recieve his invites. Has rebooted and cleared cache several times. Other accs work fine.

Happened here as well, half of fleet disconnected and cannot invite them back to fleet.

Also, cant invite people to private chats even though i am talking to them in another chat channel window says "************ is either offline or otherwise unreachable" in a pop-up.

Tried on 2 different characters, the second one I only just logged on.
