Same, was logged in and got kicked around 1400. Can't log in with either account.

ISP is classified, NW England.

Mining in Sinq Laison region when it went down - 14:00 to 14:20 kind of time. Been experiencing handshake error ever since.

Both accounts disconnected around 1400. Same as ^

I logged on around 14:00 and crashed around 14:10

Dual Boxing, Both accounts disconnected at around 1400 hours, same error. I'm from the Philippines on PLDT MyDSL.

I was already logged close to 11:00 eve time, ace 14:00 eve time, the game crashed with this error, Handshake Failed - Server Failure

mmm i can long in using an account that was not active (character) but cannot log in with the two characters that were active when disconnected

Got disconnected.
Managed to reconnect immediately afterwards ( <1min ), but did not get further than the character selection screen. It just said simply "Failed" when I tried to click "enter game".
Any further attempts resulted in the failed handshake.

My one account that wa sonlien at the time got DCd somewhere between 1400 and 1420, all 4 other account can log in fine.

Disconnecter around 14:00 but had some DC yesterday and some window sayin' something about blah-blah-blah server error blah couldn't connect blah-blah (was in a middle of gang so didn't remembered exact message. But it was not in eveUI window, just simply Window's form with 1 button.

But siriously: i've just killed someone's tengu on a mission and didn't looted it :-(
bring me back to my loot! :-))

(btw, other my account which is disabled now can log in, but getting error about Subscription disabled)

i saw about 6000-7000. When i dropped the launcher was one (of course) and the I noted the amount.
After I tried multiple times (and hit the forums) it seemed to drop that much. If it is a proxy blade then
that seems about the right amount. Looks like your character gets associated with a proxy, and it crashing means
it didnt relinquished that connection. So some toons work and some tunes are stuck.

EVE stopped to answer around 10am EST
I can log my toon who were not online at 10am but not those who were disconnected at 10am

kind of lucky, one min earlier and my orca would have been lost in a WH ^^

having same issure with my alt. but i can log my main in just fine......hmmmmmm
