Account that was logged in around 14:00 got disconnected and cannot log back in. I can log in fine with another account that wasn't online at that time.

Managed to reconnect immediately afterwards ( <1min ), but did not get further than the character selection screen. It just said simply "Failed" when I tried to click "enter game". Any further attempts resulted in the failed handshake.
