disco arround 14:00 yes... my main cant login due to handshake error
my alt (who was offline before) could login without problems

Was in game and got kicked. Same computer, 2 accounts. Happened when I tried to browse the market.

But yes around 1400

I was in game when I lost connection. And after when I tried do reconnect I got "Handshake Failed - Server Failure" error message"

I got kicked out with the two accounts I was logged in and playing. 3rd one which wasn't logged in can now login normally. Two others get the error message. Time was around 14.00.

2 clients, both in syndicate booted from server @ 14.00
Tried logging onto my 3rd client who's @ cadari highsec and got on NPS.

=> It doesn't seem to be an ISP based problem.

Got kicked at 14:00, still cant relog. Lost control of my ship for 20 odd secs then client crashed.

1st account was logged in before 14:00 and stopped updating what was happening in the gameworld shortly before 14:00 (only noticed as I was logging my 2nd account in at about that time and my 1st account couldn't see the 2nd one that was warping to the same POS it was in) 1st account got kicked and now can't login again but 2nd account is fine (think I logged the 2nd one in like 14:02).
